Evan Rachel Wood swears off nude scenes for a while
London, Nov 1 : Evan Rachel Wood has vowed not to strip again in front of the camera anytime soon after finding her nude scene in the ‘Mildred Pierce’ miniseries “disturbing”.
The 24-year-old actress bared all for the period drama last year after her co-star Kate Winslet assured her that going naked would not have a damaging effect on her career.
“It’s not a sexy moment at all. It is one of the most unsettling, disturbing uses of nudity I’ve seen on TV in quite some time… I am not in a hurry to do it again,” the Daily Express quoted the actress as telling The Independent Magazine.
“It was not as if it’s some quick shot. It’s one long shot, slowly walking past the camera. There is no hiding anything.
“It was terrifying, but afterwards Kate and I had a drink and Kate said, ‘Here’s to your first full-frontal!’” she added.

And although Wood was happy to confront her fears and even toasted her bravery over a drink with Winslet when shooting wrapped, she’s in no hurry to repeat the experience.
