Dudley O’Shaughnessy starred as Rihanna’s boyfriend in the music video for ‘We Found Love’ but he says that he was not nervous when he acted out his sex scene.
The former British boxer was stunned when RiRi handpicked him herself to star alongside her in the controversial music video, but he says he managed to pull it together when it came to the all-important sex scenes.
“You’ve just got to get into it,” he told the Evening Standard. “It took about three-and-a-half days to film. I loved it. I didn’t want it to end. Not just because it’s ‘a certain person’s’ video but just because I love being on set.”
He also reveals what it was like when he first met the star, saying: “I wasn’t starstruck at all… She’s just a nice girl. It’s not like just because she’s achieved so much that she thinks her s**t don’t stink. She’s such a humble, down to earth, girl and that made it even better for me because I didn’t feel intimidated or anything. We just got along. We were just like mates.”
While there were reports that the pair’s relationship had moved from the video set to real-life, Dudley says that he is not looking for a serious girlfriend. “It’s not that I’m looking [for a girlfriend]… I don’t want to say I want a girlfriend or I don’t. If it happens, it happens.”
