By now everyone knows about the Tupac sex tape that surfaced last week, and the 6-figure bidding war that erupted between two very heady porn websites – YouPorn.com and a confidential porn site – that is running rampant through the worlds of hip-hop and porn, separately. Now, the quest for a theme song to this tape is making waves.

“A million-dollar offer has been made by the CEO of NOHO [anti-hangover drink maker], which is seeking to acquire all rights to the unreleased Tupac track playing in the background of the tape,” wrote TheHollywoodGossip.com. “The track would then be the official theme song for the beverage.”

VIBE reported that Tupac’s family is threatening to sue anyone who tries to release the sex tape, despite the aforementioned CEO’s $ 1 million offer for the unreleased song to play in the video as well as his product. And, this is all despite the fact that no one has actually viewed the tape except for TMZ.

“Of course, no one else has actually seen the footage yet, so the flurry of news sites re-reporting its existence are apparently just taking horny Harvey’s [TMZ writer] word for gold,” wrote Simone Wilson for a blog on LAWeekly.com.

The 20-year-old tape that’s stirring all this controversy features the late Tupac Shakur drinking, smoking and rapping while receiving oral sex from a woman at a house party, according to TMZ.com. “Tupac – whose head is shaved – pulls one of the women toward him, and she begins performing oral sex. As she does her thing, an unreleased song of Tupac’s is playing in the background, as Tupac is singing along and dancing, wiggling his hips.

“It gets even better,” the site reveals. “As the woman services Tupac, who is holding a cocktail in one hand and a blunt in another, Money B from Digital Underground walks over to him. Tupac puts his cocktail arm around Money B, continues singing and dancing … and the woman never stops.”

Still skeptical about the true existence of this elusive and highly coveted sex tape? According to TMZ.com, Money B (Ron Brooks) commented on the tape by stating, “I didn’t know who had it, but I knew it was out there, so I’m not surprised [of its unveiling].”
