Taylor Swift, the gorgeous country music singer, has found herself in the midst of a leaked nude photo scandal, just weeks after the nude photos of celebrities Scarlett Johansson and Madonna were leaked on the Internet by hackers.
The 21-year-old star, known for her infectious lyrics, has called in her lawyers to take action against a tabloid Web site Celeb Jihad, which reportedly published her “leaked” topless photograph, under the caption, “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?”

The photo is that of a blonde in long curly locks, who, according to the tabloid site, “bears a striking resemblance” to the singer.

Swift’s legal team has stated that the tabloid site hosts “false pornographic images and false news” about the singer, and has threatened a lawsuit for trademark infringement if the photo is not taken down.

However, the site has not removed the photograph yet and has instead chosen to put up a news piece saying that Swift is “waging war” against them. According to a TMZ report, Swift’s camp has not commented on the matter.

After celebrity skin website, Celeb Jihadposted photos of an alleged topless Swift with the headline, “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?” the poised and pretty country crooner is in full attack mode, assuring her fans that she is not the girl in the photo,according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The photo in question shows a young blonde, who bares a striking resemblance to Swift, sprawled across a bed wearing only a pair of blue underwear.

But along with some curious clickers, the website may also be receiving a lawsuit from Swift’s lawyers. If the photo is not removed from the website, Swift and her team are prepared to sue for trademark infringement,reports TMZ. A letter from Swift’s representatives to Celeb Jihad stated that their story was based on “false pornographic images and false ‘news.’”

This story of celebrity exploitation is all too familiar. Earlier this year, nude self-portraits of a woman who appeared to be Scarlett Johansson surfaced, but the actress vehemently denied that she was the subject of the photos.
